This is a valuable request we ask of all new clients who have not yet experienced any Colour/Chem session at Dreamboat and must be booked no less than 48 hours prior to any relative booking.

The session will incur a $30 non-refundable consult fee which will be added as a credit to the end total of your future booking once secured and or redeemable for any product post consult. For all returning clients, please enter your booking request and details on the 'CONTACT US' page, or email us at: info@dreamboatcollective.com.au

- Interest free and no fees when you pay on time.

GIFT CARDS

- Now available online, see our session menu to purchase!

- Valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date.

- Dreamboat is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost or stolen.

- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

- Not valid with any other offer and / or special at Dreamboat.

- Must be used by one person in one visit, unless otherwise arranged with management.

APPOINTMENT ETIQUETTE

If the appropriate appointment type has not been selected, it may be subject to change by management, thus incurring a change to the overall session price. 

Please be courteous when cancelling an appointment, our time is precious too. Let our team know 24 hours before haircutting sessions and or 48hrs before colour/chem sessions if you cant't make it and need to reschedule. A fee of the full session price will be charged to account or via invoice for all cancellations within this time frame, this applies to no shows as well.
