THE BORING STUFF
All NEW clients must book a consultation no less than 24 hrs prior to securing a colour session. New client colour sessions will not be conducted on the same day as consultation unless advised otherwise by stylist/manager.
Time allowance when booking for a colour session is provided as an estimation based on average service duration and may be altered on the day depending on service length and product use. We do NOT offer consultations or quoting online.
An initial non refundable deposit of $100 is mandatory to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your total bill end of service.
No less than 48 hours notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling of appointments otherwise you will forfeit your deposit. This rule applies for no show’s as well. All returning clients may book via email or the "Contact Us" form. Please include: contact details, preferred time & date of service.
AFTERPAY & ZIPPAY
- Pay for your purchases over four simple installments, due every fortnight.
- Interest free and no fees when you pay on time.
- No new card applications, instant approvals online.

- ZIPPAY wallet cards accepted
- Valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date.
- Dreamboat is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost or stolen.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Not valid with any other offer and / or special at Dreamboat.
- Must be used by one person in one visit, unless otherwise arranged with management.
If the appropriate appointment type has not been selected, it may be subject to change by management, thus incurring a change to the overall session price.
Please be courteous when cancelling an appointment, our time is precious too. Let our team know 24 hours before haircutting sessions and or 48hrs before colour/chem sessions if you cant't make it and need to reschedule. A fee of the full session price will be charged to account or via invoice for all cancellations within this time frame, this applies to no shows as well.
